Getting it to you

Everything is made when you order it, so an order moves through two stages: production, then transit. The tracking email arrives when the second one starts.

Production time

Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be discounted. Your piece is produced after the order comes in, so allow production time on top of the shipping estimate shown at checkout.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated live at checkout from your address and what is in the basket, so you see the real number before you pay rather than a padded flat rate. Free shipping applies on qualifying orders.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed over. If it has not arrived when you expected it, reply to that email and we will chase it.

Where we ship

United States and international. International rates are calculated at checkout the same way; any customs or import charges are set by your country and are not something we collect.

If something goes wrong

Damaged, wrong, or lost in transit: email us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. No argument, no restocking fee. The full policy is on the returns page.
