Three formats, and they are genuinely different objects. The black glossy mug is the everyday one, dishwasher and microwave safe. Ordering, honestly. Everything is made after you order it, so give it about two weeks if there is a date attached. Orders over $50 ship free, which two of these will do. If it turns up wrong we replace it, no argument. That is all on the shipping page.
